Do I receive my messages at the time of the call or at the end of each day?
We will send your messages by email within ten minutes of your receptionist speaking to your caller.
How long does it take for you to answer my calls?
All calls are answered in less than 10 seconds.
How many different staff members will answer my calls?
You will be designated 2 receptionists, who will answer the vast majority of your calls.
If both my receptionists are on calls, will callers hear an engaged tone?
No. Your callers will never hear an engaged tone. There is a back-up team available, trained to answer your calls in the same way as your receptionists.
Is it a complicated process to forward my calls to my new receptionists?
No. You will be given simple instructions, showing you how to forward your calls via your telephone handset or telephone system. We will also be available to guide you through this process.
Can I only divert one telephone number to Blue Square?
You can divert as many numbers as you wish.
What happens to my calls after hours?
We will provide you with a personal voicemail box, which will be managed by your receptionists. Voicemail messages will be sent to you each morning by email - free of charge. Alternatively, we will forward calls to your mobile or landline telephone number, letting you answer calls in the evening.
At what location will you answer my calls?
All calls are answered at Blue Square's offices in Bath Street, Glasgow - opposite the Kings Theatre. You are most welcome to come and meet your staff and the management at any time.
